Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine Rice-A-Roni with ground chuck and egg.
    Shape into small meatballs.
    Brown on all sides in a big skillet in a small amount of oil.
    Combine contents of beef seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups hot water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
