Chicken New Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    4 to 5 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. butter and couple Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    In a skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil; remove from skillet. Saut onion and garlic in remaining oil and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir thoroughly.
    Add chicken and spoon sauce over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with long grain or wild rice.
