Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. zucchini, peeled and ground
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Milnot
2 1/4 tsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat eggs, Milnot, melted butter and vanilla.
Add to first mixture and then add the zucchini.
Pour into pie crust and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes.
