Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. (2 medium bananas mashed)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    Beat together sugar and margarine; add eggs and bananas, beating after each.
    Add dry ingredients; then milk and vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or 2 smaller pans for 40 to 45 minutes.
