Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
pecan halves
Preparation

Prepare crust.
Blend 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in chopped pecans and spoon into crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
