Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 oz. mushrooms (whole or halved; trim stems)
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. capers
scallions and pimentos, if desired
Preparation

Toss mushrooms with lemon juice.
Add next 10 ingredients. Sprinkle on capers just before serving.
