Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Lightly beat eggs.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes, until thickened.
Stir every 2 minutes.
