Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, diced small
2 stalks celery, diced small
2 Tbsp. butter
5 medium cooked potatoes, mashed slightly
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
celery seed
Preparation
-
Mix cooked, mashed potatoes with milk.
Stir in flour; stir until blended.
Cook until hot and slightly thick over medium heat.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Serve sprinkled with celery seed.
