Beef And Chinese Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak or chuck, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. water
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 lb. fresh or 6 oz. c. mushrooms
4 c. Chinese cabbage, sliced about 1 1/2-inches wide (about 1 medium head)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven; toss in beef and brown on all sides.
Pour in 1/2 cup water; cover and cook slowly for 30 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
Add vegetables to beef with rest of water.
Cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
Don't overcook vegetables.
