Shrimp And Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked rice
    1 egg, hard-scrambled and broken up
    1/3 c. cooked green peas
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. chopped, cooked ham
    4 oz. tiny cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Add oil to cooked rice.
    Mix well to coat completely.
    Add all the other ingredients, then put in large frying pan under low heat.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Add the soy sauce and stir well.
    Serves 3 to 4.
