Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. coconut
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, vanilla and butter for 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan; let stand for 5 minutes then sprinkle coconut on top.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be served warm or cool.
