Chicken Or Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken or veal breast
bread crumbs, seasoned with oregano and garlic salt
beaten egg with 2 Tbsp. water
15 oz. can tomato sauce plus 1/2 can water
Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Dip meat in egg and then in bread crumbs (adheres better if coated a few hours prior to frying).
Fry in 1/2-inch grease. Drain.
Place in casserole.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Pour off grease from pan.
To drippings, add tomato sauce and water.
Add seasonings.
Pour sauce over meat in casserole.
Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Uncover; top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
