Salmon Loaf Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix well and place in a greased dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
