Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. saltines, crushed
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; sprinkle meat with seasoned salt before mixing.
    Sprinkle garlic salt on top before cooking.
    Top with 3 tablespoons catsup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard, mixed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 35 minutes.
