Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
oil for frying
Preparation

Peel potatoes and onion; cut into chunks.
Place eggs, flour, salt and baking powder into blender.
Blend until well blended. Add onion and potato chunks.
Blend only until well chopped. There should be particles of potato, not a smooth batter.
Fry by tablespoonfuls in 1/2-inch oil on both sides until crisp and brown.
