Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    3 c. finely grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    optional: raisins, dates, slivered almonds, etc.
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in the eggs until smooth.
    Add water, zucchini and vanilla. Mix together well.
