Carrot Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. honey
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil together until well blended.
    Add honey in a fine stream, beating constantly.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Add to batter in 2 additions, beating well after each addition. Fold in carrots and add pecans.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured layer pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done with toothpick.
    Cool on wire racks, then frost.
