Martin'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add and blend eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Gradually fold in flour, cornstarch and sugar.
    Add and blend sour cream with butter or margarine.
    Blend well and pour into a 9-inch loose bottom cheesecake type pan that has been greased and lined with graham cracker meal crust.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Open the oven door one notch and let stand for 2 hours with oven turned off.
    Remove and cool on rack.
