Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled and chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (6 oz.) can small shrimp, drained and rinsed
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (approximately 1/4 c.)
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice (to taste)
    salt to taste
    1 head lettuce
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients in small bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, tear lettuce into small pieces and mix thoroughly with chilled mix.
    Serve.
