Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 or 2 onions, chopped or sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 c. hot broth or water
Preparation
    Thinly slice the mushrooms and onions.
    Saute in butter for 5 minutes.
    Slowly add the flour and the hot broth, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add the sour cream and stir.
    Good with grilled steak and baked potatoes.
