Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar or 2 packets Equal
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
4 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

In large bowl, mix well mayonnaise, yogurt, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes, onions and celery.
Toss to coat well; cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, boiled egg wedges and tomatoes. Keep refrigerated.
