Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Cut flour, Crisco and salt in mixing bowl until it resembles cornmeal.
Add milk and egg.
Roll out on floured board and cut in strips.
Let dry for 30 minutes before placing over your boiled and deboned chicken.
Cook for 20 minutes without taking the lid off the pan.
