Slow Cook Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 whole fryer
Preparation
    Mix all spices and rub thoroughly into chicken inside and out. Stuff fryer with chopped onion.
    Place in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.
    Roast, uncovered, at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
