Stir-Fried Potatoes And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. table wine (or use 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. water)
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen French fries
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly with seasoned salt, salt and wine or lemon juice.
    Pour over thawed fries in a bowl.
    Toss gently to mix. Heat oil in large fry pan.
    Add onion and cook until golden brown. Pour in egg-potato mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are cooked and fries are heated through, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
