Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cucumbers (unpeeled), sliced thin
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cucumbers, onion and salt.
    Refrigerate 2 hours, covered. Drain and press, but do not rinse.
    Mix vinegar and sugar; mix well with cucumber mix.
    Place in 1/2 pint containers and freeze.
