Mandarin Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    watercress
    strawberries
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Drain 1 can of oranges and reserve liquid.
    Add enough water to syrup from oranges to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Pour in saucepan; boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Add sherbet; stir until melted.
    Fold in oranges and pineapple.
    Pour into 2-quart mold and chill until firm.
    Garnish with watercress and oranges, drained and whole strawberries.
