Pancake Pudding Cake(Country Kettle Opryland Usa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Quick cooking oats
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. pancake mix
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats and set aside. Combine eggs, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla; blend together. Add oatmeal mixture, blending well. Add pancake mix last and blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
