Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 bananas
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Beat sugar and shortening until fluffy.
    Add eggs, beat, then repeat.
    Mash bananas to measure 1 cup.
    Add flour mixture and bananas alternately.
    Mix at low speed to blend.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Push batter into corners.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
