New Orleans Zucchini(Light Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini, sliced thick
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a skillet or large saucepan.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Makes four 2/3-cup servings.
