Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. chocolate flavoring
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and lightly flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat together butter, oil and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in flavorings.
Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
Stir in zucchini.
