Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 pimientos, chopped
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Batter chicken with seasoned flour and brown in hot oil. Remove chicken and saute celery and onion.
Drain excess fat. Add soup, water and pimientos.
Blend well. Add chicken, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour. Turn pieces of chicken once while cooking. Serve over rice.
