Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    3 c. zucchini, diced small
    black pepper and parsley to taste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, eggs and oil; add zucchini and mix well.
    Put in 9 x 10-inch buttered pie dish.
    Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Eat hot or cold.
    Best when eaten warm.
