Wild Rice And Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wild rice, cooked
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    4 doz. oysters, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot pepper sauce to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. light cream
    4 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine rice and butter in bowl; mix well.
    Place half the rice in a large baking dish.
    Arrange oysters over top; season with salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
    Cover with remaining rice.
    Heat soup and cream in saucepan; season with onion powder, thyme and curry powder dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water.
    Mix well. Pour over rice; bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
