Bacon Lattice Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)
    4 slices bacon
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    fresh leaf parsley sprigs (to garnish)
Preparation
    Cut bacon in thin strips.
    Insert bacon into slashes to form lattice.
    Press with palm of hand.
    Season steaks with pepper. Brush all over with olive oil.
