Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 egg
    1 bouillon cube or 1 tsp. beef granules
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (reserve 1/3)
Preparation
    Microwave onion and green pepper in small amount of oil or butter for 2 minutes on High.
    Dissolve bouillon in this.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 10 minutes, pour remaining 1/3 of sauce across top.
