Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (7 oz.) whole green chiles
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Split chiles and cover bottom and sides of casserole.
    Spread cheese over chiles.
    Stir eggs into milk.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour over cheese.
    At this point, mixture may be refrigerated overnight. When ready to bake, top with green onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until it bubbles and puffs up.
