Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced raw zucchini
1 large sliced onion
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
