Holiday Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 (12 oz.) container fresh oysters
    1 dash hot sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
