Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled and boned chicken
    1 bag Doritos
    1 can mushroom soup
    enough Velveeta cheese to cover
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Spread chicken over bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chopped onion over chicken.
    Cover chicken with cheese slices or grated cheese.
    Cover with half bag of Doritos.
    Mix mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and Ro-Tel.
    Pour over chips.
    Put rest of Doritos on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
