Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
small can of angel flake coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add milk and egg yolks.
Beat well.
Cook until it thickens stirring constantly.
Add coconut and bring back to a boil.
Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. use 3 egg whites to make meringue.
To make meringue, beat egg whites.
When they begin to stiffen add sugar-2 Tbsp. per egg white.
