Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    2 cloves diced garlic
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 chicken breasts
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients, then melt 1 stick butter in pan. Soak chicken in butter, roll and press each piece of chicken in combined mixture.
    Place back in shallow long pan.
    Pour remaining butter over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Good served with lasagna or spaghetti.
