Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes, mashed in blender
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion.
    Add vinegar and sugar to tomatoes and process in blender.
    Cook carrots, celery and potatoes and bouillon in 2 cups water for 5 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients and cook in 1 pot for about 1 hour.
    May add 2-3 Tbsp. parsley if desired.
    May substitute ground turkey for beef.
