Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (medium size)
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 jar salsa
    1 chopped onion
    green pepper, chopped
    tomato, chopped
    shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add taco seasoning, tomato soup and 1/2 cup water.
    Oil bottom of a cookie sheet.
    Place 2 shells on sheet.
    Top with beans, then 2 more shells.
    Put beef mix on, then Monterey Jack cheese.
    Top with 2 more shells.
