Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
1/2 gal. water
2 c. ground beef
1 c. onion
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. beef broth (base or bouillon)
1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation

Melt oleo and whip flour in to make a smooth paste.
Stir in water.
Saute ground beef; drain off grease.
Add to soup.
Add onions, celery and carrots which have been boiled.
Add frozen vegetables, tomatoes, Accent, beef base and black pepper.
Boil, reduce, simmer and cook until vegetables are done.
