Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation

In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup and thyme.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 servings.
