Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) box Mueller's twist trio (plain or colored) pasta
    1 small can sliced carrots, drained
    1 bell pepper (rings)
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1 large onion
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Measure sugar out and add the garlic powder, celery seed and black pepper.
    Then gradually add the vinegar.
    Last, add the vegetable oil and pour over the pasta and vegetables.
    Let stand for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
