Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cooked zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar until creamy.
    Add zucchini and pineapple.
    Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes.
