Lenna'S Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin (regular size)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
2 lemons (juice and grated rind)
1 can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers or coconut macaroons
Preparation

Mix together the first 4 ingredients and let congeal to thick consistency, but not firm.
Fold in evaporated milk, chilled and whipped.
Roll into fine crumbs vanilla wafers or coconut macaroons.
Place half of the crumbs in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
(I use Pyrex.)
Pour in the fluff.
Spread evenly and cover with remaining half of crumbs.
Place in refrigerator until firm. Serves 12.
