Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oleo
    6 slices bread, cut into 1-inch sq.
Preparation
    Boil together 5 minutes the brown sugar, salt, tomato paste and water.
    Melt oleo and pour over bread, then pour over tomato sauce.
    Lift bread carefully with table knife to make sure bread is covered with sauce.
    Bake, uncovered,
    at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
