Diabetic Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground meat, browned and drained
    1 lb. can red beans (not drained)
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes, crumbled
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; stir well.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Or cook in slow cooker on low for 10 to 12 hours; or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
